 B. THE INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY FROM SITE VISITORS:

C. THE INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED WITH SITE USERS’ VOLUNTARY CONSENT:

The automatically-collected information described in section B above, is used by our servers to provide aggregate, non-personal statistics on website traffic only. Such data collection cannot be prevented or deleted.

In the context of recruitment, any CV and personal information you send us, will not be shared with clients or prospective employers in any form which could identify you, without your prior consent. The exception to this, is the retained service of Recruitment Advertising, where our clients pay for attracting suitable applicants, usually in anonymity, therefore, your identifiable personal information will be shared with the client applicable. However, for all our recruitment services, retained or not, you are given the opportunity, in our Application Procedure, to pre-list any potential employers to whom we are not to present or share your application. Such lists, where provided by you, are kept strictly confidential.
    • We will not place your identifiable personal information or CV on any website database which can be accessed by clients, potential employers, prospecting external recruiters, or the general public. All matching and screening is conducted on a segregated, non-website, internal database and you will be consulted before your identifiable personal details are presented to a client or a potential employer.
    • We shall, however, have the automatic right to circulate your profile in a non-identifiable form to clients or potential employers, or place such profiles on our freely-accessible website.

Disclosure Policy:

We will not disclose your personal information in an identifiable form to third parties without your express consent. However, by using our site and services, you consent that your identifiable personal information may be disclosed to:

  1. Our partners, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and employees. They are internal to our business and may be located outside the UK and the EEA, to where your personal information may be transferred for the purposes of assessment or providing the services solicited or any associated screening.
  2. Our retained clients in Recruitment Advertising. As described above.

What constitutes a necessary period will depend on whether any service was actually provided and whether any retention laws apply. Submissions that have been inactive for six years are deleted automatically and securely. Earlier deletion of inactive submissions may be requested by writing to the Data Protection Officer in section G.

      Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. A small fee may be requested. Thereafter, if you believe that any information that we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us with your reasons as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information which is found to be incorrect.
