Our three areas of specialism:
English for General Purposes
General English - EFL
These courses are for students whose first language is not English and who wish to learn General English for personal development, travel, work or studies. EFL has eight levels (levels 1 to 8), each level being 100 hours of tuition (plus 200 hours of self-study).
English for Careers
English for Specific Purposes - ESP
These courses are for students whose first language is not English and who wish to develop English language skills in specific professional areas such as Law. We have ready-made ESP courses for professions or needs in 22 areas. ESP has five levels (from levels 3 to 7), each level being 100 hours of tuition (plus 200 hours of self-study).
English for Teachers of EFL
English for Teaching - ELT
These topic-based courses (independent modules) are for more advanced EFL speakers who wish to use their EFL achievements to teach EFL. The ELT modules have two levels and the prospective student must have completed level 4 (Intermediate) in EFL. Our ELT programmes begin at level 5 (Post-intermediate). The ELT modules are of 10 hours’ duration on specific topics of EFL and teaching EFL. They promote Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
